Does anyone have experience with Chiropractic care? My back is giving me fits and for months. Rest (what's that?), heat, cold, ibuprofen, exercise are not helping. I'm thinking about seeing a chiropractor. What do ya think? Does it help the achy back and body? t2 Will it be a lifetime of adjustments?
