I don't have them anymore, but I have used the clip in the past and I love them. I guess somewhere along the way they got lost, your post reminds me that I need to pick up a couple more. Like the previous posters stated, my horse stand tied like a gentleman so the training aspect is something I've never used them for, but I love them for the trailer tying and hay net hanging. T. I have several tie rings and they work. have one horse that would pull back but with the tie ring he pulled once and just stood there like this isnt right. I havent used the clip so I cant say how it would do but it looks ok. I just like the convenience of not tying knots and the safety factor.

I have 6 Tie Rings and love, love, love them. I haven't had to use them for training as all my herd were already trained to stand tied. But, for ease of use, they are great. I've seen the clip demonstrated but never have used one.

Just wondering if anyone uses either of these products and what you think of them. I'm not worried about the price, just want to figure out which product is better and why.
