Ditto to that post. Just collect all the stories you have written. Maybe do a funny introductory story where Dink introduces himself as the horse with "visions" or something like that so the reader knows who Dink is. It would be especially good if you could find an artist who can do comical sketches for each story (Dink testing the garden hose with his foot). Maybe payment could be made if the book publishes and of course credit would be given as the illustrator. Then send it to a children's book publisher. Go to the library and look in the children's section and get the names of some publishers. These are the kind of stories a horse crazy kid would love and I can just picture mommy reading it to the kids.

It's doable for sure. I know the gal who writes "The Lighter Side" for Trail Blazer Magazine. She has a talent for writing like you do. She collected all her stories together and also illustrated them herself and got the book published. It's called the Lighter Side of Endurance Riding and it's a nice amusing book. Each story is a separate chapter like yours should be.

Don't worry about the spelling. Spell check gets most of it and I'm sure you know a good secretary somewhere who can proof it for you. Besides, I don't see anything wrong with the spelling in what you've written.

Go for it gal! You've got an amazing talent that needs to be shared. The royalties from your book might put you on easy street.
