Thanks. Bob is doing great. He is still in physical, occupational, and speech therapy three days a week, but there is some light a the end of the tunnel and we are looking forward to a way more normal life this summer. He had back surgery in December to remove some bone and disc material that was pinching a nerve and causing him a lot of pain. It has been hard because of the severe physical restrictions put on him while he is healing. I have had to do all his normal chores like cleaning the barn, tending to the firewood and woodstove, shovel snow, etc, which makes him feel guilty (even though I keep telling him he shouldn't!) He also has not been allowed to ride his horse since surgery, but we have a follow up appointment next week and hopefully the doc will let him get back on soon, get back to his regular chores, and even get back to doing a little farrier work on our own horses. I also ended up having arthroscopic knee surgery in December, followed by physical therapy, so its been kind of a busy, physically and emotionally tough winter. We really appreciate he thoughts and prayers that come our way. Mary Ellen
