Whew, sounds good for now. We will keep the prayers going that it continues and she is soon able to use that ankle and leg. Until she can get back online with us...pass on our hugs, okay! Thanks, PB!!!

Thanks, Brenda, for posting this; like a lot of folks I've been checking and re-checking for an update. Now crossing fingers (and toes) along with Whatta for the best possible outcome. Most of all, sending up prayers for healing and strength. (And thank goodness for pain relievers too!)

Here's the e-mail I received this morning: Hello Darlin', I got home about supper time yesterday. I slept and slept. The surgeon was pleased with the work. I'm in a cast and have a pain pump (non narcotic) attached to my buttock. It feeds the medicine down the sciatic nerve. It's a blessing for some of the pain. Not all of the painful areas are relieved by doping the nerve so I'm eating oxycodone too. Thank you for sending up prayers for me. We've got our fingers crossed that this will take. I think it will. Love ya, B. I'm a bit 'out of it' to type too much right now. Just wanted you to know that all looks good. Have a great weekend! Sharon PS: having errors sending email from here. You might get a duplicate of this one.
