I  ordered the ride and tie bridle combo about two yrs ago and love it. We do a lot of trail riding(  just got back from Colo) and I just love it. It is so easy to use and works great. Ordered my daughter one last Christmas and she is very happy with hers too.

Hey Karen A.  You CAN purchase additional bit hangers for $20 plus shipping.  If you call the office you can order one.

We want to carry the braided reins in black but haven't found a leather that's supple and sturdy enough to do it yet.

Jamie,

If a side piece on the Biothane halter is broken can you repair it by replacing the broken piece or do I have to buy a whole new Ride-N-Tie Trail Bridle?  (I only used it one time - it's a long story).

Sue

I don't know your particular situation but Hubby's halter broke and we took it to a saddle shop and had it fixed for only seven bucks. I assume bio can be repaired. Hope so any way.

When my horse pulled back the strap that goes over the head & behind the ears snapped right at the end of the stitching which is about 2 inches above the right side ring so that whole strap needs to be replaced and sewn on.

My new horse got in the trailer fine to take him to the equine hospital but when trying to load him a week later to bring him home, some of the guys who work there tried to force him in so, of course, he decided he wasn't going to get in.  Instead of letting him back out and then try again, the guy held him tight so he pulled back until the halter broke.  (We will be doing some trailer loading lessons this weekend.)

Thanks for your reply.

Hi Jamie

I bought two ride n tie bridles a while back and I love them.  Unfortunately one of mine broke when I sent to the trainer with my horse.  Can you replace the halter only?  I don't need the bridal part it wasn't damaged.

Thanks

Jan
