I trailered down to the State forest saturday morning to day ride with some good friends who belong to a members only saddle club/campground. Ended up getting three hours of sleep friday night and didn't even get out on the trail until about 7 p.m.
There was just a small group of 6 close friends that went out. There were 2 TWH's, 1 Peruvian, 1 Kentucky Mountain, 1 Foxtrotter, and 1 Paso Fino. We stopped at one point to let my little Paso blow (she evidently is out of shape ). It was then that my blood shot eyes noticed that 5 out of 6 gaited horses prefer the Imus Comfort Gait bit! I don't know when everybody decided to aquire these bits, but I'm realizing I am a trend setter as I was the first to start using this bit.
What a good feeling and a great day.
Also noticed two other couples, that are friends and didn't go on that ride, had Imus bits on their horses when they came in from their morning ride.
