Dear friends, I am low and you raise me up. I am in trouble and you help me. I am ever thankful. It has been many weeks since the accident and I can finally send you note. Thank God! You should know that your help matters to me and to Neal. You should know that you are making a difference for us and for our family. We are hurting so much but today, we are not troubled. You have made yourselves a vessel to help us to the other side of this trouble. Let me say to you now, Thank you. Even this letter was made possible by you. Let me say now, because I can, I am so glad to be a part of you. I will update you as I can. Please be patient with me as I try to rejoin with you. I pray for you all a powerful blessing. Whatta, how is it you're always able to bring tears to my eyes? Thanks for coming on to update your family - you have been dearly missed. But also please know we understand that you don't yet have a lot of strength, and we will be very patient as we wait for you to come back on full of p*ss and vinegar once more! Love ya, Brenda PS: The extended family here should know that GoinGaited and Dixie each donated laptop computers to the Byerlys, so both Neal and Sharon have been provided for that way. Jake installed a wireless router on Sharon's yesterday, and it's going out via mail on Monday. Just think what it would be like if the whole world pulled together this way. . .

Whatta, so glad you finally were able to get back on the MB. Hasn't seemed the same without you. Hope the healing, both physical and emotional, will come fast. Know you're anxious to get back into your own home. And bless you too, GoingGaited and Dixie for your help in getting Sharon and Neal back into the swing of it with computers. The generosity and thoughtfulness really renews my faith that people are good.

Hello Sharon, these gals already said as much as I was thinking. It is so good to see your Taylor on here again. I had to look at the date and make sure it was really today. Prayers for yours and Neals recovery goes up daily. Thank you for sending me a note and your picture it made my day. Oh, yes! We appreciate these laptop computers. Neal loves to browse craigslist. He spent hours doing that at home. Now he can do it again. However, this time (since we are cordless and he is at his mother's) I don't have to come running to the rescue every time a pop-up convinces him that he messed something up. Mother can now do that part.  To Dixie and GoinGaited, Thank you for the reconnect with friends. It feels good. To everyone, Thank you for keeping the connection and for supporting us with every imaginable act of kindness people can offer. I want to thank you all again for asking about Tom. He has been taking care of things at home. He has a lot to do now. I did not ask him to run back and forth to the hospital while we were there. In fact, I assured him that we were fine and asked him to stay home, take care of himself and our home. It is enough to do. Of course he did come from time to time and he did call us a lot. He is 24yrs old. That is old enough to understand what it means to roll with the punches. He was working hard to prepare for his first boby building competition. And, he took First Place!

OK. Here is just one flex. He won the Mens Novice Lightweight Class (I think he weighed in at 160lbs.). I really wanted to go. My sister-in-law did get to go and said it was a huge event with a packed house. She had to sit in the second balcony. She had no idea that bodybuilding was so popular in our area.
