Whattarack, one of my moderators on here, has pointed out that on occasion a customer purchases a product, and then if they have a problem - or perceived problem - they immediately come onto the Message Board to air the grievance and ask for help and opinions. Now we're aware that there are some competitors who "lurk" on here, and they are understandably thrilled when posts such as this pop up as they can immediately post "their" opinion, then go to one of the other gaited message boards or blogs and publicize our A) shoddy products, and B) careless customer service. People who follow this Board closely, and/or who have done business with us, know that nothing could be further from the truth. The fact that this Message Board exists at all is proof that we go way "above and beyond" to help not only our customers, but all gaited horse owners in every way we can. This Message Board is no small undertaking! So please, if you have an issue that requires customer service, rather than posting it on here, give Jake a call, and some time to help work things out, if possible. He's GOG's dedicated, full-time customer service representative, and takes his job of satisfying all of you very seriously. Not only that, but National Bridle Shop, the distributor of my products, is also known for superior customer service and satisfaction. Some menus have a slogan at the bottom that works for us as well: "Please, if you have a problem, tell us about it. If you have a good experience, tell others!"
