Did any one see Tracy Pinson's win on Skyjackers Mountain High? It was on RFD, Ride Smart with Craig Cameron. What a kick to see a TW win in a sport dominated by stock horses. This was the World Championship. My riding buddies are (even gaited riders) certain the gaited horses cannot compete successfully in stock type events....GO SKYJACKERS MOUNTIAN HIGH!

I had no idea this season had a TWH, did someone post this earlier. Wonder if they will replay it. Surely so. Anyone up to finding out when the replay is and posting it to this thread?

ECR is available by podcast and online- I tried to find the episodes, but there's no mention of a TWH in those available.... There is mention of the win with pictures on the TWHBEA homepage, though. I'm gonna keep looking. It would help to know the season and episodes... Peg

I have the episode DVRed. It is titled wrong as NRHA Inside Reining, High Roller Reining Classic. If you google Topeka Kansas extreme cowboy race, it should come up or Craig Cameron. It is worth the hunt to see the style the TW stallion competes with. It makes the QH look well.....drab.

I didn't see any videos of the race at that site. Am I looking in the wrong place? Peg

I found these results posted on the EXCA website. http://www.extremecowboyassociation.com/2009_world_results.htm I think this is the first year for the World Finals. It looks like the horse/rider originally mentioned finished 11th - still a wonderful showing. I'll continue to look for a video or rebroadcast. Here's Lee Hart's winning run. http://www.extremecowboyassociation.com/world_pro_run.htm Last edited on Sun Dec 27th, 2009 03:51 pm by gaitedfan |

I reviewed the Ride Smart episode and yes, Tracy Pinson and her TW stallion won the EXCA Non pro World Championship in Topeka Kansas. Money and prizes presented by Craig Cameron. The Pro Division will be aired next week on Ride Smart. Perhaps Lee Hart won the Pro Division, it was a great ride.

Sorry. I didn't look close enough at the chart my posted link goes to. There is a column headed Division . The first ten names are P - PRO and the next ten are NP - NON PRO. You're right. Hart and Pinson won first in their respective divisions. Can you give us the air date and time for next week's show? Last edited on Sun Dec 27th, 2009 04:44 pm by gaitedfan |

Actually, it looks like there is a replay of the non pro division on RFD, Craig Cameron, at 10:30 am today. It is mistitled as High Roller Reining Classic. Monday Dec. 28th, at 10:30 am is the Finals Pro Division. Maybe there is another gaited contestant! Last edited on Sun Dec 27th, 2009 05:06 pm by Ridewell |

With 33 competitors in the Non-Professional Division it is the largest. The placement was; 4th Skye Wright, 3rd Corinne Lindquist, 2nd Scott Nowlin, and 1st Tracy Pinson. Champion Tracy Pinson rode her black Tennessee Walking Horse Stallion ‘Skyjacker’s Mountain High’ or Tuff for short. He was bred and raised on Tracy’s farm in Florida. He is a Supreme Versatility Champion competing in halter, driving, western, english, obstacles, jumping, barrels and poles. Tracy got hooked on the Cowboy Races watching it on RFD-TV. This is the paragraph on the Non Pro riders. Tracy Pinson and 'Tuff'. I didn't see anything in the other articles.

No, Lee was riding a QH. If anyone wants to see Tracy and Tuff, you can view here on youtube. If this does not post correctly. Just look up Tracy Pinson Tuff and all her vids will come up as she competed many times. As I recall she lost this horse sometime in 2009 or 2010, can't remember, just remember seeing his last exhibition. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Tracy+Pinson+Tuff&oq=Tracy+Pinson+Tuff&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=e&gs_upl=630872l636335l0l636607l21l20l2l9l8l0l265l1326l3.4.2l9l0 Another one I loved to watch and cannot remember her name, but she competes on a Welsh Pony and I believe she won on him as well. Loved watching those two. There have been some amazing horse and riders on there. And none stand out more then Becca and Stormy the blind app. Watch here:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LLtsUk2m_MQ&feature=results_video&playnext=1&list=PLDC90C17C3F51A918
