Here is me and Sinclair (1998 MFT) over Memorial Day weekend, trail riding in Theodore Roosevelt National Park in Medora, North Dakota.

We had a wonderful time and already plan to return next year for more!

Hey Gang!

Here is another picture from our trip to Oklahoma. The picture was taken from our campground. It was a great view.

I will post more horse pictures later.

Hey Jack!

I was thinking you must have been on a trip.  Haven't seen ya around for awhile.  Nice pic, where's the rest?!  :)  I'm still trail riding through YOU this year!  :D  Would love to look at them when you get a chance.

Hey Guys,

Here is a picture of our last camping trip to Horse Heaven Ranch, near Talihina Oklahoma. We camped and rode for 4 days.  This is my daughter on her MFT gelding and me on my TWH. You can't see all of my daughter's horse because he is trying to eat as usual. LOL!

I have more I will post later.

Jack

I love looking at these pictures.  You all make me want to move out of Southern California.  So many beautiful places to ride in this country.  Please keep more pictures coming!

This is another one of my favorite pictures from our New Mexico ride. This is myself and my TWH Razz taking a break. Razz is always ready for some grass!

I call this one,  MOMENTS OF LOVE !!!!

My son is 8 now but this was when he was about 5. The horse he is kissing is a stallian, and the horse with us in the 2nd is Dream, My husband rides her. But she was a great mother once, so sometimes she helps me with my own son!!

Cool pic, TG. Savvy is so good to stand still for you. I was taking pics last week off Taylor's back and she wanted to be with the horse's I was trying to take pics of. Bad girl, wouldn't stand still for me to focus. My pics were awful blurry.

Well, I guess I should put in my two cents worth of pic.  Here is Savvy and me at an 1800's log church in the middle of Hoosier National Forest.  We rode there from our camp site at Midwest Trails.  This pic was taken in October '05.

Two day trailride at Longview Lake Equestrian Park...across the lake from our place:

Dang!  Another static shot!  We're posing again!  The only way my friend could get a shot of all 4 of us together was to pose.  The first horse on the left is a MFTxMorgan, then Chip and me, and finally my friends with v e r y slow QH's on the right.

Ladybug,

I mostly just ride with family. I have a cousin who loves to ride and then my family rides. My wife and daughter ride with me. The boys used to ride when they were younger but they prefer the car now! The trip we took to New Mexico last summer was just me and my cousin. Everyone else was busy so we took off. We also worked cows while we were there. You should have seen my TWH driving cows. It was a blast.

Jack

Trider58,

Do you just ride with your family, or do you belong to a great trail riding club who ride in these awsome places??

We were in the northern part of New Mexico. It is in Carson National Forest. It is called Valle Vidal. It is above Red River close to the Colorado border. It is 23 miles to a paved road if you come in from the west and 40 miles to pavement from the east side. It is a beautiful place. We have been there twice and plan on going back next summer.
