I finally got to watch the video with sound!  She is the cutest little thing.  I just laughed and laughed when she rolls over, so funny!

That is really a great looking haircut. You do a fine job! Love the eye brows. I don't know if I told you but Molly knots up really bad. Sometimes when she is in her full coat, we tell people that her breed is a

I don't have any pictures of the few I do like that they are blk/tan and don't show up good in photos,  but it resembles a Scottie clip,  except the Dach would not have the ear tufts or the real long pointy eyebrows, more like your groomer did her.

Here is a picture of a Wheaton Scottie that you can kind of see how the back is smooth but the underneath has furninshings.

. . . clip out the saddle on the back and leave a little skirt and her legs, its very cute I think,  looks kinda like a cocker pattern with a schnauzer head.

Oh, interesting! If you have a pic of that cut, can you post it here? I'd love to see.

Molly likes to do all of her tricks at once, too. I'm working on slowing her down and greatly changing the routine so she might listen before she speaks, and speaks, and speaks and rolls. ::)

That first spontaneous fast rolling over made me LOL,  my mom had a pekeingnese when I was growing up and we owned a mom & pops grocery store, momma had taught puffingstuff all kinds of tricks, so when we would take her in the store she would run over to the candy isle and start doing all the tricks in her repertoire all on her on and of course the roll over would be half way down the isle, and yes that was back when we did not know you did not feed dogs chocolate, she loved M&M's !

Oh she looks cute in her summer hair cut,  you know how I like to do them ? do her head the same but just have them clip out the saddle on the back and leave a little skirt and her legs, its very cute I think,  looks kinda like a cocker pattern with a schnauzer head.

NO! l1 She will be with a sitter. Taking Molly would be like taking 3 or 4 young grandchildren. I'm not ready for that just yet. l1

Here is a new video of Molly. Thank goodness for the 'Doggy Tales' forum. ;)

I taught her to say 'Please' and I wanted to show off her new trick. She is a year and a half old already. I think the worst thing I've done was teaching her how to bark twice (woof woof) and that is something that I am now trying to undo. Still, I think she will settle some on her own as she gets older. For now, she still keeps me laughing at her silly puppy behaviors.

What a cute puppy. I am so glad that you have a new baby. I am sure that you are already laughing at her little puppy antics. Laughter will do you a world of good. Just read that real "belly" laughing will help you to heal and I am sure with Molly you will be howling (pun intended).

Never saw this thread but that face!!!...just adorable :)

I'm with karen, after we put Belle to sleep almost two years ago, I hung up my leash.  I can now ride whenever and for however long I please without worrying about Belle needing to be walked.  But they bring so much joy and laughter to your life.

What a little cutie pie she is, enjoy that sweet baby!

Whatta, I haven't read this thread in awhile and was shocked how Molly has grown into such a beautiful girl...not that she wasn't a precious puppy.  But I can only imagine the joy she brings you and Neal (and your Mom too!).  I so agree with PB on her purpose in life...to do just that!!

We are "beyond" a dog, but we love them all.  We just don't want the responsibility of having to walk them etc., so have opted for one lone kitty.  We had a beloved Sheltie for years and when she was gone, we decided she was the last.

If I were to look for a dog, though, I have to admit, a "Molly" would be at the top of my list...nuff said!

We are off Sunday for our little Charlie's 2nd birthday and we think of you so often and that darling poem you wrote for him...luv ya!

That might just open a door for you and Molly's future.  You might have a new occupation.

While Mom was at the hospital rehab center, I took Molly there to visit her. It turns out that Molly is a natural for hospital visitation. My niece took her to every room and offered a visit. Several patients accepted and absolutely fell in love with her. She carried her toy in her mouth and did her tricks for anyone who would give the toy a toss. She was gentle and brave and I am so proud of her.

She is SOOO cute!  I thought puppies were always cutest when really young, but Molly has just gotten cuter and cuter.

My silly puppy! I've been trying to get a vid for you to see her tricks but she gets way too excited when I let her have her toy. Recently, I taught her to bark twice in a row "Woof woof" and I just taught her to roll over. In this vid, she is a barking rolling fool.

Oh well, we are working on toning it down a notch.
