Here's another difference: Joe's relatives had savings to invest in his capitalistic venture.. they weren't all overleveraged on cheap credit and broke from living beyond their means. They didn't live in a country who'd exported domestic manufacturing for 2 decades and who's government spent far more than they could hope to repay. You will not hear this on regular media outlets. Remember, when the rest of the financial world was saying "Don't worry, be happy", these men knew better. Last week India bought 200 tons of gold from the IMF. China bought over 300 tons, though I understand that this purchase was expected. Looks like other countries are preparing to back their currencies with gold....and for the replacement of the dollar as the world reserve currency. On the other hand, the United States central bank just continues to print more and more federal reserve notes....and our Congress pats itself on the back for approving yet another entitlement program. Ron Paul has had it right for a long, long time. I hope he'll run for the WH again in 2012....and that it's not already too late. edited to add.....thanks for the link sg.....I've passed it along. At that point we give up our sovereignty. What's happened to this country? Why are people allowing this to happen?
