Living in New Hampshire we have some pretty cold and snowy weather.....20 inches last weekend, 10 more today, more to come tomorrow, and this coming weekend! Yuck!! At my age, 60 next month, I still love to ride even in the cold, just not the deep snow! I do switch to a sidepull or a bosal or a hackamore for the cold weather depending on which horse I'm going to ride. However, after this months string of below zero mornings and snow.snow.snow. I can't wait for Spring!

Now I have 15 of them.  Just like potato chips, can never have just one. w2 But never a better reason to get out and get moving in the winter! I am a more cold weather person, I do not like it when it is so hot I am sweating standing in the shade. Just like I told my dad when I was oh, maybe 12-13....I can always put more clothes on, I can only take so many off. HAHA

Blaze that is funny! my dad stood there with this perplexed look on his face, then said, well never thought of it that way before. I can still see the look....I remember right where we were standing in the field....
